Aaron Young is a Yoga Practitioner, and case manager specializing in mind and body connection, and Therapeutic Yoga practices. He has worked with adolescents of color (12-24) managing trauma and the impacts of racism. He has supported student and professional athletes to build and restore awareness of their bodies' capacity as well as challenge their bodies agility with the adaptation of mindfulness practices and yoga.
As a certified Yoga instructor, my practice encompasses the mind and body connection to develop association to physical sensations internally and externally using meditation practices to understand the “citta vritti” or mental fluctuations of the mind. Together we can seek the truth from within to support the development of community members' capacity to provide any services needed from within their community.

Fellonte Misher is passionate about mental Health & Physical Fitness. Black people navigating Systemic oppression and trauma. Fellonte Misher is a Washington dc native who used sports to navigate DC’s inner city. He was able to gain a full athletic scholarship to Old Dominion University. After graduating, he used sports to travel through europe for 2 years. Upon his return to his return to his community he developed a passion to devlope and support his community. Due to the on going gun violence and overwhelming presence of mental health illnesses. Fellonte Co-founded a non-profit in his community. The mission was to disrupted generational trauma in the community. Fellonte has always been viewed as a role model for his community. He is currently being licence to become a Clinical Truama Therapist. He has the lived experience of dealing with gerational truama and inner city violence. He is committed to developing the skill to support others who suffers from these same form of systemic oppression.
